Our Story
Yogakshiva was not born out of a business idea—it was born out of a personal transformation.
There was a time when life felt rushed, heavy, and disconnected. Like many, I was chasing productivity, success, and external stability, yet inside there was restlessness. The body felt tired, the mind overworked, and peace seemed temporary. That’s when yoga quietly entered my life—not as exercise, but as a pause.
In the beginning, the practice was simple: a mat, a few asanas, mindful breathing, and silence. But slowly, something deeper unfolded. The breath became an anchor. The body started healing. The mind learned to slow down. Yoga was no longer something I did—it became something I lived.
As practice deepened, the realization came naturally: this wisdom should not stay limited to one person. Many around me were dealing with stress, anxiety, physical pain, and a sense of emptiness— exactly where I once stood. Teaching yoga felt less like a choice and more like a responsibility.
That intention gave birth to Yogakshiva—a space rooted in authenticity, discipline, and compassion. “Shiva” represents inner stillness and transformation; “Yoga” is the path that leads there. Yogakshiva stands for reconnecting with your true self— through breath, movement, and awareness.
Today, Yogakshiva is more than a yoga class. It is a journey inward. A reminder that strength can be gentle, silence can be powerful, and true balance begins within.
This is not the end of the journey—it is just the beginning. And you are warmly invited to walk this path. 🙏
