Bikram Yoga is a style of hot yoga that consists of a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to around 40°C (105°F) with 40% humidity. Developed by Bikram Choudhury, this practice is designed to detoxify the body, improve flexibility, and build mental focus.
Meditation Yoga is the practice of integrating yoga and meditation to cultivate inner peace, mental clarity, and self-awareness. While traditional yoga involves physical postures (asanas), Meditation Yoga emphasizes the stillness of the mind and awareness of the present moment.
